Your impact:
- Creates and executes Key Account Roadmaps aligned with the company’s strategic direction
- Develops and manages execution of the 360° Tactical Plan with internal and external stakeholders
- Manages regular Key Account Meetings including Product Presentations
- Accountable for the stakeholder management based on strong relationship
- Ensures Key Accounts are managed by maximizing all profit opportunities
- Identifies and drives Omni Channel opportunities
- Responsible for reaching monthly forecasts and monitoring Marketing Budgets
- Active Account Receivables Management
- Collaborative Demand Planning combined with Active Assortment
- Management for maximizing profitable sales opportunities
Voraussetzungen
Who you are:
- 3 - 5 year experience in Retail, Wholesale and Omni Channel (either as Category Manager, Marketing Manager or KAM)
- English fluent
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using Excel and Access or Google
- Experience with intercultural business
- Use of empathy to drive sales by guiding and leading other stakeholders
- Representing strong ownership and drive
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify opportunities
- Proven presentation skills in visualization as well as in translating the key messages
- Focused and well-structured
