  • Routine processing of our online shop orders
  • Creating descriptive newsletter + customer mailings
  • General team assistance activities (orders, correspondence, mail, filing)
  • Routine processing of general administrative daily business
  • Telephone management, scheduling B2C and B2B
  • Project management for travel, training courses, events, projects as well as preparation and follow-up of conferences and meetings
  • Preparations and written follow-up work for trade fairs and in-house seminars
