As Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the P&L for your product lines and driving global growth
• Conducting market and customer research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans.
• Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and attending international conferences.
• Preparing business cases for new product development and reporting performance to the executive team.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product Development and Marketing Communications.
• Contributing to thought leadership and representing the company in industry discussions.

Du bringst mit

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, or Consulting in the Life Sciences sector.
• Familiarity with Biopharma/biotech manufacturing or single-use technologies is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages like German are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
