WER WIR SIND

You are part of the Visual Brand Marketing creative team within the Marketing department, reporting directly to the Senior Manager Store Design.

You collaborate closely with creatives and project managers from the Visual Brand Marketing team, working together to bring innovative store concepts to life.

You also engage with key stakeholders like the Expansion and Regional Sales managers, as well as Visual Brand and Visual Merchandising colleagues.

You work closely with external partners such as design agencies, shopfitters and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

WAS DU BEWIRKEN KANNST

  • You manage the design and development of store and shop concepts, collaborating closely with the Senior Manager.

  • You engineer and optimise new and existing furniture displays, POS materials and in-store tools.

  • You define concept and design guidelines, including layouts, materials and finishes.

  • You supervise and review layout plans from external design teams for Shop-in-Shop and Factory Outlet formats, ensuring adherence to CI guidelines.

  • You assist the Senior Manager with flagship retail, partner and showroom projects, and take charge of special projects like fair stands and pop-up shops.

WER DU BIST

  • You think creatively and conceptually, with a strong sense of space and imagination.

  • You have a passion for design, fashion, art and architecture, and are eager to grow and develop in your role.

  • You hold a degree in interior design, architecture or retail design, and bring at least 1 to 3 years of experience in store design, retail fixtures or related fields. Experience in fashion retailing is particularly valuable.

  • You ideally have previous experience in visual merchandising, fixture design or product design.

  • You are proficient in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD (2D), SketchUp or other 3D visualisation tools, and know your way around Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office.

  • Fluency in English is a must, and an additional European language is a plus.

  • You are a proactive communicator, a team player with strong organisational skills and have a hands-on mentality with a keen eye for detail.

  • Your flexibility, resilience and assertiveness help you thrive in this role.
